Refunds & Returns Policy:

All refunds and returns for online sales will be handled on a case by case basis. If there is any problem or concern with your order, please contact us first. We will do our best to correct the situation and/or make the necessary changes. If an item does need to be returned to us, the customer will be responsible for shipping fees.
